Because all items sold through CherifButter are digital downloads, special conditions apply to refunds and returns.


1. General Policy

CherifButter provides digital products only (eBooks, templates, dashboards, toolkits, and courses).
Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned as with physical goods.
However, we maintain a fair and transparent refund policy for specific circumstances.


2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if one or more of the following conditions apply:

  1. Technical Issues
    • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open properly.
    • You have contacted our support team, and the issue could not be resolved within 3 business days.
  2. Duplicate Purchase
    • You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times using the same account or payment method.
  3. Incorrect Product Delivery
    • You received a file that does not match the description or title of the purchased item.

If any of these apply, please contact us at support team with your order number, product name, and a short explanation.
Our support team will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You expected different features or content but the product matches its description.
  • You purchased a product without checking software compatibility (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Canva, Figma).
  • You downloaded and used the product, then requested a refund after benefiting from it.
  • You requested a refund after the 14-day period expired.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and contact support before purchasing if you have any questions.


4. Exchange or Replacement

In rare cases where a file is faulty or a download link is missing, we will replace or re-issue access immediately at no cost.
Replacements do not affect your refund eligibility.


5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  1. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  2. Processing may take up to 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support team for verification.

7. Product Updates & Revisions

All CherifButter products come with lifetime access to updates.
Refunds cannot be claimed for discontinued features or restructured versions, as updates are provided free of charge to existing users.


8. Support Policy

Every purchase includes ongoing technical support for installation and compatibility.
Support covers troubleshooting and usability assistance but does not include custom product modification or design editing beyond the original files.
